Aletheia Coaching

In addition to therapy services, I offer Aletheia Coaching for individuals seeking deeper integration of contemplative practice with personal growth and transformation.

What is Aletheia coaching?

Aletheia coaching is an innovative approach that integrates somatic, transpersonal, and Internal Family Systems principles for growth, healing, and personal transformation. It's designed for individuals who are ready to explore the deeper dimensions of their experience and integrate spiritual or contemplative practice with their daily lives.

Aletheia is distinct from therapy

  • Focuses on personal growth and transformation rather than clinical symptoms

  • Not covered by insurance

  • For individuals seeking spiritual integration and development

  • Works with your contemplative or spiritual practice

Who is this for?

Aletheia Coaching is well-suited for:

  • Individuals with an active meditation or spiritual practice

  • Those experiencing spiritual emergency or crisis

  • People seeking to integrate peak experiences or insights

  • Practitioners wanting to deepen their relationship with contemplative traditions

  • Anyone navigating questions of meaning, purpose, and awakening

My Background in Contemplative Practice

I maintain a longstanding meditation practice in Tibetan Buddhism and had the privilege to study with exceptional teachers including the late Daniel P. Brown. Dr. Brown was a pioneer in integrating Tibetan wisdom traditions with Western psychology and neuroscience, developing specific psychotechnologies to bring Eastern wisdom to his clients and patients.

This training, combined with my neuroscience background and therapeutic experience, allows me to support individuals navigating the intersection of contemplative practice and personal development.
